The information in this KB only applies if your mailbox resides in UF Exchange and will not work for GatorMail mailboxes.
If you haven’t configured Outlook to access a shared mailbox you can still view the contents of it from the web client at https://www.mail.ufl.edu (otherwise known as Outlook Web Access). There are two options:
Option 1
- Navigate to https://mail.ufl.edu/owa/mailbox@ad.ufl.edu (substituting the shared mailbox for ‘mailbox’).
- Enter your personal user credentials when prompted.
- After login you will be working in the shared mailbox.
Option 2
- Log in to Outlook Web Application (https://www.mail.ufl.edu) with your own credentials.
- Select the drop-down link displaying your name at the top of right of the window (next to the log off link).
- In the drop-down Open Other Mailbox window, enter the name of the shared mailbox.
- A new window will open and you will be working in the shared mailbox.
