On Wednesday, February 25th UFIT will be performing maintenance on College of Engineering user mailboxes. Mailboxes will be migrated to the new Exchange 2013 infrastructure. For the most part this change should be transparent to you (you will notice that your Outlook Web Access (OWA) client has a new look).
We have noticed connection problems after the migration with some ActiveSync (smartphones and tablets) and Outlook Anywhere (off-campus installs of Outlook) connections. If you have problems connecting to your mailbox sometime on or after Wednesday afternoon this may be the issue. To correct, simply delete your account settings and reconnect to Exchange. You can always contact MIS to assist you in this process.
